Payment Options
Credit Cards: If you choose to use a major credit card for payment we will send you an invoice payable through
Pay Pal. There is an additional 3% surcharge for this method as we pass the processing fee through
to the customer. Our rental prices do not have this fee built in, therefore it is passed to those using a
credit card.
Company or personal check: If you choose to use this method of payment the check must be received and cleared
by the bank prior to shipping.
Wire Transfer: if you choose to make a wire transfer from your bank there will be a three hour clearing process and
a flat fee of $ 25.00. Again, we are only passing on our costs as the transfer fees are not built into the
price of the rental. Transfer information:
Shipping: All shipping is sent through Event Lighting Solutions and UPS. We do not use any other carrier. All
shipping is insured and the rates charged the customer are the exact rates paid by ELS to UPS. Your
shipping estimate will only be valid the day you receive the estimate as rates are continually
fluctuating.
Rental terms: The rental period begins when you receive the equipment and ends when you consign the return
rental to UPS.
